“On 27-28 November, the CEO and all EZLand team had a joyful Teambuilding trip in Ho Tram, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, ending a memorable year of 2020.”

The journey begins with a cruise on river that brought a new experience for all EZLand members. At the beach, fun but challenging teambuilding games have promoted the team spirit from Directors, Managers and Staff; clearing the gap after plenty of stressful working days. The image of all members wearing orange EZLand T-shirts, holding hands and standing to form the word "EZ" has left indescribable feelings for everyone. It is a beautiful memory of solidarity, overcoming 2020 with difficulties and being ready for the 2021 journey ahead.


Mr. Olivier Do Ngoc, Dung – the CEO shared in the Gala night: although COVID-19 affects the entire economy, EZLand has successfully overcome 2020 thanks to response on time from the Management board and all employees’ awareness. Working from home, no staff cutbacks and thorough safety measures are EZLand's typical efforts to stabilise the operation and business during turmoil. Besides, 2020 is also a year EZLand put more focus on volunteer activities, especially when vulnerable groups such as the poor, the children and the disabled have been and are being directly affected by the epidemic. Mid-Autumn Festival at Ta Nung Orphanage, building primary schools in Hau Giang Province, Charity Cycling Adventure in Quang Binh, etc. are three out of dozens of activities to spread the positive energy and bring EZLand's image closer to the communities. Adopting Corporate Citizen strategy has helped EZLand strengthen the ESG system step-by-step. Especially in 2020, EZLand has become the first Vietnam-based real estate developer to achieve GRESB certification with a score of 71/100. This is worth of efforts as EZLand just officially participated in the first year and finally gained a positive result, which motivates us to reach higher goals for 2021.


Regarding the orientation for 2021, EZLand aims to lead the mid-range real estate segment based on three criteria:

  1. ESG: continue pursuing the Corporate Citizenship strategy, aim for higher GRESB score, a "greener" office, more community/environmental protection activities, trainings and Human Resources enhancement courses.
  2. Sustainability:
    • In management: applying the OKR system to improve team performance
    • In business: more "green buildings" which are all certified by EDGE.
  3. Creation:
    • In management: applying software and technology for effective workflow.
    • In business: launching innovative products.


2021 will mark the further stage of EZLand's development with breakthroughs and sustainable initiatives. Continuing the target of providing 3,000 - 5,000 quality apartments to the market each year in the near future. At the same time, promoting EZLand brand with investors, customers and partners by ESG system with specific programs and plans.


To achieve this goal, EZLand really needs a team who has been day-by-day followed the projects and operation of the company. Thank you to all of you for accompanying EZLand in this memorable and challenging 2020 year.
